Support Coordination
Support coordination helps a NDIS participant to make the best use of the supports in their NDIS plan. Support coordination is a capacity building support which assists a participant to understand and use their NDIS plan to pursue their goals; connect with NDIS providers, community and mainstream and other government services; and build confidence and skills to use and coordinate supports.
Please note whilst we are presently going through the process of seeking registration, we are not yet a NDIS registered provider. Therefore, at this time, we can only accept referrals for participants with plan-managed and self-managed support coordination funding.
