Professional Supervision and Business Mentoring

 

Due to popular demand, we have decided to start offering professional supervision and business mentoring to external colleagues and associates.  

 

From October 2025, we will be offering limited spaces for ongoing supervision and mentoring.  You can request this support from either Director and we have taken the liberty of highlighting each Director's strengths below for your convenience.  Our hourly rate is $110 + GST with a minimum engagement session of 1 hour and charged thereafter in 15 minute increments.

Professional Supervision:

 

What does professional supervision involve?

  • Reflective practive - reflecting on your work including success and challenges.
  • Skill enhancement - development of new approaches, exploring complex cases, and receiving non-judgemental feedback.
  • Confidentiality - impartial and confidential space to discuss sensitive issues, personal dilemmas, or ethical concerns without workplace restrictions.
  • Wellbeing and self-care guidance - manage the stress of the role, prevent burnout, and enhance your own wellbeing.
