About Chrysalis Collective

The concept of Chrysalis Collective was realised at the beginning of 2025 by two good friends and long-term colleagues both highly respected and sought after in their field of Support Coordination.

With a deep understanding of their industry, Ainsley and Jade had a vision of streamlined processes, breaking down barriers, strong collaborative working relationships with both clients and stakeholders, consultative decision making and lifelong learning.

They knew what needed to be done to run a viable and successful business providing a top tier service to their clients. However, they needed the freedom to make it happen.

After realising that combined they had the experience, knowledge, skill and start up capital needed to create a successful operation… they felt the fear and did it anyway.

Chrysalis Collective was born!

Our service is now offering first-rate Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Peer and Disability Support.
